HIRING: 1 Female CSR Support / Office Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS
CSR Support / Office Assistant1. Create quotations online for customers.
2. Answer phone calls in case that the CSRs are taking other calls or assisting walk-in customers.
3. Entertain walk-in customers whenever CSRs are taking calls or already entertaining other walk-in customer
4. Check orders prior to delivery if requested by the CSR
5. Prepare papers needed for the delivery if requested by the CSR
5. Call suppliers for items' availabiity if requested by the CSR
6. Perform other office tasks not related to customers and orders if requested by the office admins
NOTE: Office Assistant is just a support to the CSRs' team and not responsible for taking orders, monitoring orders and other orders-related works.

Educational Attainment: | Graduate of 2-4 years course related to marketing, business administration and secretarial courses. |

Business Days: | Monday to Friday |
Office Hours: | 9am-12 and 1-5pm |
